23 May 2018

Cost-effectiveness of earlier provision of powered mobility interventions for children with mobility limitations; a systematic review

This NIHR funded study is being conducted by Bangor University and Newcastle University and aims to examine the effectiveness and cost effectiveness of providing powered mobility to the under fives. The study, which is anticipated to be complete by June 2019, is expected to inform future commissioning of NHS paediatric wheelchair provision. For more details, including the study protocol, please see here.
