Seating Clinician/Engineer

We now have a great opportunity for a Seating Clinician/Engineer to join our Special Seating team working with our clients across the UK.

As a Seating Clinician/Engineer, you'll: • Accurately prescribe special seating, wheelchairs and accessories to Wheelchair Services, Social Services and Private patients, either at services' premises or at the service user's home address. • Work with the National Clinical Lead to develop products and service • Contribute to new business tenders • Participate in clinical and technical product training to customers • Represent Blatchford at relevant exhibitions

To be considered for this role, you'll need: • To be on the Register for Clinical Technologists or AHCS as a Rehabilitation Engineer, or registered with HCPC as a Clinical Scientist • To hold an HNC or equivalent in Clinical Science/Engineering with experience and knowledge of seating and mobility; or a BSc/BEng in Rehabilitation/Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering • To be able to demonstrate great problem solving skills • Great verbal and written communication skills • To be an effective team player • To be able to work autonomously • To be a competent IT user • A real customer focus.
