We have an opportunity for a wheelchair clinician - OT or physiotherapist -  to join our team in Harrow.

Opcare, part of the international healthcare company Ability Matters Group, supplies artificial limb, orthotic, and posture and mobility services to the NHS in England. 

Job role summary: The post holder will work as a member of a team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation engineers and support staff within the Posture and Mobility centre, providing Wheelchair and Special Seating services. The successful applicant will be involved in the assessment and provision of specialist equipment, which includes buggies and wheelchairs, active user wheelchairs, powered wheelchairs, pressure care cushions, postural support equipment, specialist seating and associated accessories.

What experience you will need: • Recognised clinical degree or diploma • HCPC registered • Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in a relevant field • Knowledge and experience of wheelchairs, pressure relieving cushions and special seating – not necessarily having previously worked in a wheelchair service.
