Rehabilitation Engineering Technician

Location: Oxford

Hours: 37.5

Salary: Band 4: £21,089.00 - £23,761.00 per annum

One year fixed term contract available for a technician role within the rehabilitation engineering department.

The rehabilitation engineering department provides technical support to Oxfordshire wheelchair service and the specialist disability service at the Oxford Centre for Enablement.

We are an established manufacturer of custom contour seating, and a specialist provider of mobile arm supports. The wheelchairs and seating systems we provide are individually specified prescriptions which frequently require custom-made devices and modifications to enable independence.

The post holder will be required to manufacture and set up equipment, as well as providing support to the rehabilitation engineers.

We are looking for applicants to join our team who have good mechanical workshop skills along with a positive and flexible attitude.
