Clinical Lead

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a dynamic forward thinking team dedicated to meeting the mobility and postural needs of people in Cornwall.

As the clinical lead for Cornwall Wheelchair Service you will be leading a team of experienced band 6 therapists to provide assessment, triage and prescription of specialist and bespoke equipment.

The successful post holder will provide guidance, supervision and mentoring for the clinical team relative to their individual requirements. This post presents the opportunity to play a pivotal role in helping shape the future of the service and its delivery in Cornwall.

Located on the beautiful southwest peninsula Cornwall is a wonderful place to live with superb beaches and activities. Staff in our service regularly attend the national Posture and Mobility Group Conference and the European Seating Symposium. With Exeter and Plymouth both neighbouring Cornwall, and London being only a 50 minute flight from Newquay, you’re never far from a larger city and all the facilities they offer
