We run an annual National Training Event that showcases the most important developments in the world of mobility and posture. It brings together clinicians, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, clinical engineers, rehabilitation engineers, nurses, service managers, the commercial sector and wheelchair users. This interdisciplinary forum promotes best practice and presents contemporary research and best clinical practice at the leading edge of posture and mobility.

Most recently, this has been run at the Warwick Arts Centre in Coventry.

The Posture and Mobility Group are also a key partner in the International Conference on Posture and Wheeled Mobility held every 5 years. This was last held in 2010 in Glasgow. A number of other training events have also been held.

Many of the papers presented at conference since 2008 have been recorded on video, and are available to view online through this website. This great resource gives members the opportunity to watch key presentations again, and allows you to study when you want, where you want. We currently have over 50 hours of video material available, of clinicians at the forefront of practice and research in posture and mobility, both nationally and internationally.
