Exhibition

Historically the PMG National Training Event has been the one "must-attend" meeting point for suppliers and healthcare professionals working within the rehabilitation environment of posture and mobility. The exhibition areas have been designed to promote the best throughput of delegates, with all coffee and lunch breaks being held within the exhibition halls.

Prices Frozen for 2012

Booking your Stand(s) and Payment Arrangements

  1. From January 9th 2012, you will be able to access the exhibition layout plans and book your stand(s) via the conference website.
  2. Bookings will open on JANUARY 13th 2012 at 9am
  3. You will be sent by post an invoice for the full amount of your booked stand(s). This must be paid within 30 days of receipt, thus confirming your booking. If we do not receive payment within the stipulated time, you are at risk of losing your stand(s).
  4. LATE BOOKINGS: If your booking is made after March 18th 2012, then the invoice must be settled immediately.
  5. On receipt of full payment for your stand(s) you will receive an Exhibitor Pack to confirm your booking. Please note that the pack will include forms for you to complete and return to us.

The Exhibition Stand

Each exhibition stand will be approximately 2.5m x 2m, and include a table, 2 chairs, electric socket, light and printed name. We will provide exact instructions for build-up and breakdown arrangements nearer the time, but you will be able to set up your stand(s) from 2pm to 10pm on 11th April 2012.

If companies request to use their own or no shell scheme for their exhibition stand(s), PMG reserves the right to reject these requests on the following grounds:
  1. It is deemed that Health and Safety may be compromised
  2. Free flow of movement around the exhibition will be restricted
  3. Aesthetic impact of the total exhibition will be affected
  4. Any other consideration that may arise from the proposal from the exhibiting company

Stand charges

Each exhibition stand costs £1,100 plus VAT, and includes 2 free stand minders per stand. The free stand minders are provided with refreshments and lunch on both days of the conference, as well as full access to the conference proceedings.
Please note: accommodation and gala dinner are not included but may be purchased separately in advance if required.

Please note that the stand price increases to £1,250 + VAT per stand after 29th February 2012.

Insurance

Exhibiting companies are requested to take out insurance covering their legal liability within the framework of the exhibition, to meet their responsibilities and those of persons for whom they are responsible vis-à-vis all individual and legal entities present on the site during exhibition build-up, the duration of the exhibition and exhibition breakdown. It is up to the exhibitors to take out all insurances of property and liability which they deem necessary to cover risks incurred while participating in the exhibition, and especially an insurance covering the exhibited properties against losses and/or damages.

Cancellation or No-Show

A cancellation fee of 50% of the full exhibition fee will be due if the cancellation of a confirmed exhibition stand booking is received before 1st March 2012. The full exhibition fee will be payable if the cancellation of a confirmed exhibition stand booking is received after 1st March 2012. Any confirmed exhibitor who is a no-show will still be liable for the full exhibition fee. The organisers keep the right to modify the NTE timing and/or venue without prior notice and cannot be held liable therefore.
