Booking for PMG NTE 2009 has Now Closed
Booking:-
PMG National Training Event (NTE) 2009
15th to 17th April 2009.
Please read the information below before proceeding with your booking. If you are not a member of PMG already, please be aware that attendance charges are lower for members of PMG. To join PMG click on the Orange Blob above. If the orange is not displayed click either blob and the subscribe one will then display.

To book your place at the NTE:

You will first be required to log-in to the web-site. If you are not already registered with the web-site you will be required to record your details with us.

If you are already registered on the website, please check that the details we hold for you are correct, especially your email address, as this will be our main method of keeping contact with you in the run up to NTE.

Once you are logged-in, the booking option will become available on the left hand menu under the link to this page.

Select the options you wish from the attendance and training packages available.

You will be given the option of paying by credit card or invoice. Please have your payment card at the ready if you wish to pay by card. If payment is to be made later you will be sent an e-mail copy of your invoice and have the option to print a hardcopy from the web-site. This will quote the booking reference held by PMG.

If your booking is part of a block booking from your place of work, please make sure that all the details for the agreed payee are entered correctly, and that your colleagues book their places urgently. When payment is made ensure that each booking reference for each member, stand etc. is quoted in its entirety. Failure to do so may delay receipt of your payment and prevent attendance to the NTE.

No delegate will be allowed to attend the NTE in 2009 unless PMG has received payment or proof of payment in advance. You will be automatically reminded to pay at regular intervals until payment is received. We are dependent on delegates monitoring their own payments, so please make enquiries to your source of payment about your NTE invoice, if you receive a reminder email from us.

Please do not assume that your source of payment has forwarded the correct payment information, paid the correct amount, or will pay on time. MIstakes do happen and it is your responsibility to monitor the progress of the payment being made on your behalf.

If you are a member of PMG, and your invoice is paid by February 14th 2009, you will be awarded up to £25 to spend on books at the Warwick University Bookshop during NTE 09. *
